New UKRI funding to develop Mykor latest product
We are delighted to share the exciting news that we have been awarded funding from Innovate UK, as part of UK Research and Innovation initiative, with a primary focus on advancing sustainable biomanufacturing in the UK.
This funding will support Mykor to progress on our latest project, an innovative and low carbon loose-fill insulation, crafted from reclaimed bio-based waste feedstocks.
This collaborative effort includes contributions from Biorenewables Development Centre and the University of the West of England.
The funding is a result of a joint investment by the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC), Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC), and Innovate UK, supporting a total of 34 feasibility studies nationwide.
